Programa conta com ações de assistência técnica e gerencial executadas pela instituição em todo interior do estado
A Fase 2 do Programa Agronordeste deve atender quase 1.300 propriedades rurais nas diversas cadeias produtivas de Alagoas, entre elas a avicultura, bovinocultura de leite, bovinocultura de corte, ovinocaprinocultura, apicultura, piscicultura e carcinicultura.
O programa foi criado para impulsionar o desenvolvimento econômico, social e sustentável do meio rural na região Nordeste, e em Alagoas conta com ações de assistência técnica e gerencial executadas pela administração regional do Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Rural (Senar), em parceria com a administração central do Senar, em Brasília (DF). Até o final do primeiro trimestre deste ano, a instituição registrou um total de 1.017 produtores atendidos na Fase 1 do Agronordeste.
A coordenadora da Assistência Técnica e Gerencial (ATeG) do Senar no estado, engenheira agrônoma Luana Torres, explica que o programa já vem sendo implantado com sucesso em Alagoas, melhorando a produção e ajudando a sanar deficiências encontradas principalmente em modelos antigos de criações de animais.
“O Agronordeste é um projeto que vem para alavancar a renda familiar, vem para trazer tecnologias para os pequenos produtores rurais. E aqui no estado ele já vem sendo muito bem implantado. Nós tivemos uma pesquisa feita com todas as regionais do Senar que executaram o Agronordeste e tivemos um total de 99% de satisfação dos produtores atendidos”, afirma.
“É um modelo de assistência técnica que tem dado muito certo, e só nesse projeto estamos com uma perspectiva de atender 1.300 propriedades localizadas em diversos municípios por todo o estado de Alagoas. Para isso, nós temos ainda um convênio com o Sebrae, que está cuidando da cadeia de horta e fruta na região de Delmiro Gouveia, Água Branca, Coité do Noia, Girau do Ponciano, Arapiraca e Senador Rui Palmeira. Já são 210 propriedades atendidas”, revela.
O convênio com o Sebrae citado pela coordenadora da ATeG do Senar contempla ainda a construção de barragens subterrâneas. Do ano passado pra cá, a parceria entre as duas instituições já caminha para a construção da décima barragem na região do Sertão alagoano, complementando o trabalho de assistência técnica.
“A assistência técnica dura um período mais longo, de dois anos. A nossa meta é que essas propriedades, ao final desse ciclo de 24 meses, elas consigam andar e produzir cada vez mais, para que o pequeno produtor seja relevante. Que todas essas propriedades tenham relevância na nossa economia e possam alavancar, também, a renda familiar deles [dos produtores rurais]”, analisa Luana Torres.
“Nós também trabalhamos a questão da família. Em geral, nós temos dentro da propriedade o proprietário e a família dele, não necessariamente precisa focar naquela mesma atividade. Nós podemos citar um exemplo na cadeia de leite. Temos um proprietário que trabalha com a bovinocultura leiteira, juntamente com os filhos e a esposa, e em paralelo nós podemos trabalhar com essa família alguns cursos de informática básica, cursos de agroindústria, laticínio para que a família aprenda a produzir queijo, doce de leite e bebida láctea, por exemplo”, completa.
Mais Pasto
Paralelo ao Agronordeste, o Senar Alagoas desenvolve ainda o Programa Mais Pasto, um modelo de assistência técnica voltado para as propriedades rurais acima de cem hectares e com foco especialmente na pecuária de corte. Luana Torres revela que o Senar já atendeu propriedades com até 800 hectares.
“Nós temos a perspectiva também de alavancar o Mais Pasto. As inscrições para o programa são feitas pelo site. Tudo isso mostra que o Senar está cada vez mais em evidência, sempre com novos projetos”, diz.
